The Guitar Rig Controller 2 is a high quality foot controller designed to be used with the NI GUITAR RIG 2 software but can also be used with later editions as well. I, myself, have been using it with GUITAR RIG 5 to brilliant effect. The Controller can also be used with other such as DAW programs. It has a robust metal casing capable of withstanding the demands of live performance. The Controller offers 7 freely-assignable foot switches and an expression pedal. It is connected to the computer by means of a USB connection. It has 2 inputs that will allow 2 guitars to be connected, L & R output channels, headphone socket, Midi in and out sockets. It also has 2 further sockets to plug in additional pedals or footswitches. At either end of the rear panel are 2 metal loops that help protect the cables from damage if knocked against a wall. Unfortunately one of these has broken off. Aside from that the unit is in very good condition. The controller comes in it's original box along with a USB cable, CD ROM and operation manual. The price does not include the cost of postage which I have been able to estimate as around £13.00.
